Leaving Colorado and heading back to Utah

Man, I have never driven so many miles in my life! We finished our interviews in Colorado and headed back to Utah. Along the way we scouted for locations to shoot some future footage.

Along the way we ran into this store that is built in the side of a mountain. It was really cool inside. I guess a mountain makes for some great insulation.

Here is the entire crew, (except for me taking the picture), checking out a potential location to film one of the shows. The forest was just beautiful. Not many trees like that in San Antonio. Notice the jackets and long sleeved shirts. It was sort of cold up there!

This is the only part of the trip that I didn't like. We had to drive over something called "Hells Backbone". It was a narrow two lane road that had a sheer drop off on both sides. The drop was 5000 feet and there was no guard rails. This is the crew looking over the edge. I was scared to death. I did not get anywhere near the edge.

This is Sherry, our make-up artist. She was really funny and nice as could be. How she put up with the rest of us will never be known...
