North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences

We spent a couple of days filming dinosaurs in the North Carolina Museum of Sceinces in Raleigh. It was a really nice museum with incredibly friendly staff. We had such a great time.

Here are three of the ladies who met us at the door. They were a real hoot. Funny and extreamy nice. I fell in love with all three. The one on the right hand side had the greatest "Southern" accent. It was great!

This is our Director of Photography, Bruce, and I hamming it up inside the jaws of a giant shark.

And this is Bruce shooting in their laboratory. He is a remarkable videographer.

Billy, the guy in the yellow shirt, is one of the best guys we have working with us. That guys runs the camera, sets up all the lighting and handles tons of stuff on every set.

They are both great to work with and each have a funny sense of humor.

This is Gary, our Producer. This man takes care of everything while we are on the road. He sets up all flights, car rentals, equipment shipping, food, staff, hotel and every other thing you can think of. He also oversees the lighting and sound on the set. He works his tail off when we are on the road. All I have to do when he is running things is to show up. He handles it all!!!

We got to go into their lab and film some of the things they were working on. This is the jaw of a duckbill. It had a terrible wound that you can see in the jaw. It must have been awefully painfull for the poor dinosaur.

If you are ever in the Religh area, you should really make a trip into this remarkable museum. We had a wonderful time filming in it and getting to go behind the scenes!
